Founder Brad Hunter has been in the short-term rental space since 2004, long before Airbnb existed.  Upon purchasing his first short-term rental it only took one season to realize third party property management was not the solution he was looking for.  In the early 2000's self-management was a time consuming endeavor, but he wanted things done right and didn't feel the fees property management companies were charging aligned with the results they provided.

As the years passed, more and more automation and analytics tools became available.  After 15 years running a custom software development company and managing vacation rentals on the side, he decided to change directions and focus his energy around a space he’s truly passionate about…owning and managing luxury real estate in iconic destinations.

He saw a clear gap in the market: countless short-term rental owners are underserved when it comes to education and the support they actually need in todays' world of Ai automation. They are inundated with property management companies competing for their business, and selling them on a service they don’t need.
